Module 2 - Optimize

In this module we tackle the various risks and bottlenecks identified in module 1. This means we will work at two levels: workflow and contracts


1. Optimize the sales contract flow

  • Aligning all stakeholders 
  • Introduce new processes to enhance efficiency

2. Create contract set-up


  • Alignment of contract requirements to new contract flow
  • Alignment with overall business goals

3. Draft new contracts & review existing contracts


  • Mitigate risks (including compliance-related risks)
  • Ensure flexibility for modifications
  • Strong focus on clear wording
  • Obtain stakeholder feedback
